Watt & Stewart Commodities Inc. began its present trucking operations in the fall of 1987. The company has grown from a two truck, owner/driver operation, to its present size of 35 tractors, 10 A-trains, 2 B-trains, 20 - 48' tri-axle flatbeds and 7 - 48' tandem axle flatbeds. Our tandem and tri-axle fleet consists of all aluminum; lightweight trailers to better handle weight conscious freight from our shippers. There are now 8 full time office staff and 2 full time shop/maintenance personnel.

Watt & Stewart operates to service to all of Canada, 2 territories and the 48 contiguous states. The customer base consists of approximately 200 customers of which 50-60 would be considered core shippers. The company operates primarily open deck service to the building materials and oil and gas industries, as well as over dimensional cartage for the mining and commercial building industries. We also service the agriculture fertilizer and industrial chemicals industries.
