The Firm was established in April 1973 when Mr. Phil North joined Mr. James D. Paterson in Lethbridge as an Associate under the firm name of Paterson & Company. As the Alberta economy expanded in the 1970's so did the Firm. In 1973 the first branch offices opened in Blairmore and Pincher Creek. In 1995, Mr. Tim Perry joined the Firm as an Associate to operate the Claresholm practice, which was purchased in January 1995 from Welbourn & Maloney.
Mr. Perry became a partner in the firm in 2000. Mr. Perry practices with an emphasis on real estate, divorce, corporate and estate law.
